דנמה לוצ'ו רינפוצ'ה, אחד מחשובי המורים הבודהיסטיים בני תקופתנו, ביקר ולימד בישראל בשנת 2005.

בביקורו זה העניק תמיכה עצומה לפעילות הדהרמה בארץ, ומאז ועד מותו הוא ליווה את ידידי הדהרמה מביתו בדהרמסאלה בהכוונה, עצות ותמיכה.

במסגרת ביקורו לימד רינפוצ'ה בשלושה מפגשים מרתקים וחשובים:

1. שבת דהרמה בנוה שלום, 16.4.2005 – Meditation techniques as a means to spiritual development

2. קורס סופ"ש ארוך בקיבוץ תובל, 18-21.4.2005 – Atisha's Jewel Rosary + 8 verses mind training

3. קורס סופ"ש ארוך בקיבוץ תובל, 25-30.4.2005 – Essence of Refined Gold

אל רינפוצ'ה התלווה הנזיר שון פרייס אשר תרגם את הלימודים מטיבטית לאנגלית.

לימודים יקרי ערך אלה הוקלטו בוידיאו (מפגשים 1+3) ובאודיו (מפגש 2).

ביום 23.10.2014 חלף דנמה לוצ'ו רינפוצ'ה מן העולם הזה.

Denma Locho Rinpoche in Israel, April 2005

Denma Locho Rinpoche, one of the most important Buddhist teachers of our time, visited and taught in Israel in 2005.

In this visit he granted immense support to the Dharma activity in the country and from that time on until his death, he accompanied the Dharma Friends of Israel from his home in Dharamsala with guidance, advice and support.

During his visit Rinpoche taught in three important and fascinating gatherings:

1. A Dharma Saturday in Neve Shalom, 16.4.2005- “Meditation techniques as a means to spiritual development”.

2. A long weekend course in Kibbutz Tuval, 18-21.4.2005- “Atisha’s Jewel Rosary+ 8 Verses of Mind Training”.

3. A long weekend course in Kibbutz Tuval, 25-30.4.2005- “Essence of Refined Gold”.

Rinpoche was accompanied by Venerable Sean Price, who translated the teachings from Tibetan to English.

These precious teachings were recorded by video (gatherings 1+3) and by audio (gathering 2).

On the 23^rd April, 2014 Denma Locho Rinpoche passed away from this world.
