פרויקט האסירים של רובינה קורטין – Liberation Prison

אנחנו מפנים אותכם לאחד הפרויקטים המעניינים של רובינה "Liberation Prison ", שפועל בארצות הברית ובאוסטרליה ומעניק סיוע רוחני לאסירים ולנידונים למוות. בכדי לאסוף כספים לפרויקט היא מארגנת מסעות עלייה לרגל בהודו, בנפאל ובטיבט. הארגון מציע לאסירים שמעוניינים בכך ספרים בנושאי בודהיזם, חוברות עם תפילות והנחיות תרגול, חפצי תרגול וקלטות.

כיום כ-3,500 אסירים ב-500 בתי כלא במקומות שונים בעולם נעזרים בארגון.

 Liberation Prison Project offers spiritual advice and teachings, as well as books and materials, to people in prison interested in exploring, studying and practicing Buddhism. A Tibetan Buddhist organization and social services project affiliated with the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition, since 1996 the project has supported the Buddhist practice of over 20,000 prisoners. Active mainly in the U.S. and Australia, where we are.
